• 3 1/2oz. shrimp

  • 1.8oz. peanuts

  • 1 egg

  • 1.8oz. candied fruit (radish/carrot)

  • 1.8oz. lettuce

  • 2 green onions

  • 2-3 parsley

  • 3 slices ginger

  • 1/2 cup glutinous rice

    Clean rice and add enough water in cooker, cook until forming porridge. The time is depending on your own cooking machine.

    Chop candied fruit and green onions, cut parsley into strips, scissor shrimp into half and discard head. Set them aside.

    Clean peanut, then stir fry in a preheat wok with 1 tbsp oil until golden brown over medium-low heat. Remove and set aside.

    Reheat wok; stir fry candied fruit for 1 minute or until aromatic, removed.

    After the porridge is about cooked, combine shrimp, cover and continue heat until shrimp is done, season with salt and 1/2 tsp peanut oil.

    Beaten egg, scramble in wok or frying pan, then cut into strips.

    Transfer LAI WAN Tingzai Porridge in serving bowl, with all ingredients added on the top. Stirring around and enjoy hot!
