Ingredients

  • 1 serving size mei fun

  • 1 cup cabbage

  • 5 dried mushroom, soaked

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 1/4 cup radish

  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup broth

  • 1 tsp light soy sauce

    Cut all veggies and mushroom into strips.

    Soak mei fun till soft.

    Heat oil hot, sauté mushroom, add soy sauces. Well mixed.

    Add carrot and radish.

  5. 5

    Combine cabbage, add salt and broth, boil till veggies are soft.

    Add mei fu, well tossed, add light soy sauce.

    Continue cook till sauces is thicken, not dry. Transfer and serve!
