• 1 pound sashimi grade yellowfin tuna

  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder to taste

  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil

    Cut the tuna into bite-size cubes, as similar as a miniature brick.

    Season the tuna pieces with salt and pepper. Then coat overall with bread crumbs.

    Heat skillet with oil over high heat to hot. Stir in tuna, sear for 45 seconds on each side until done.

    Remove and cool. Serve with sauces you like or serve plain.
